For lying on the bench, negligence, abusing the public, displaying bias, and corruption. On top of all that, he may be just plain senile or he may be developing the big A. He's so out of control nobody dares stop him when he gets rolling.

Apparently he has no idea what judicial Council 'form interrogatories' are. When confronted with the same fact, he flew into a rage, and accused Joe Ryan of 'digging junk up off the internet and throwing it the opposing attorney'. No Litigant should have to explain to a judge what a Judicial Council form interrogatory is. During the same hearing, Judge Exharos ran interfernce for a lying attorney, ruled that a contract manipulated in a copy machine to hide clauses was acceptable, and declared - when setting a trial date - that the defendant Joe Ryan would lose at trial when it was held. You can't make this stuff up!

He's everything you hate about a judge rolled into one beast in a robe. Smug, arrogant, obnoxious, and abusive. The guys got problems that go well beyond the bench. It's time for him to go tend to a garden and collect his pension. I've talked to a few attorneys about judge exarhos's behaviour, and apparently he just isn't fit.

Unfortunately, to Joe Ryan's great dismay, Judge Lantz Lewis doesn't know the difference between a motion to quash and a demurrer. It's bad enough that he doesn't understand basic motions, but he's way to arrogant to consider any argument that might enlighten his closed mind. Like Judge Exharos he's smug and arrogant. He finds his own actions to be wuite amusing, which is odd since he takes public money for being incompetent and screwing-up cases. The judicial temperment of Judge Judy, cobined with a complete devotion to incompetence.

They don't limit recalls to judges, and they don't call San Diego 'enron by-the-sea' for nothing. When three partisan county supervisors went out of there way to disregard respect for democracy and the voting process by hiring Diebold representaitive Deborah Seiler for the registrar's job, they knew what they were getting. Apparently, winning political contests is all that matters. Who cares if people suspect cheating and they give up on democracy entirely as a result? That's actually what they may desire. Either way, the three supervisors that voted to hire Deborah Seiler need to go.

First, Deborah Seiler's office has been accused by Spephos.org, a voting rights organization, of transporting ballot boxes around without seals. Ever heard of ballot-box stuffing. Apparently Deborah Seiler never has.

It doesn't matter that she's blatanty committing crimes by interfering with my candidacy. Nobody will prosecute her for trying to obliterate my campaign. She knows she can act with impunity. Bonnie Dumanis and the Federal attorney (a republican appointee who probably licks Duncan Hunter's boots in their spare time) could absolutely care less if a thousand crimes are committed against my campaign.
