THEY HAVE NO SHAME: The San Diego Bar is made up - almost entirely - of lazy, incompetent, evil criminals, and sociopaths. As a group, every single one of them is jointly and severably responsible for all the conduct documented on these pages; since they allow and ratify the worst behavior, by their lack opposition to the same. They are all jointly responsible for the fact that some of their brethren corrupt the judiciary, court clerks, and everybody else who goes near a State Courthouse in San Diego County, via their unwavering, comprehensive unwillingness to confront the worst members of the bar, no matter what occurs within or outside a courtroom. Most have no idea what a sanctions motion is, because they would never contemplate filing such a ghastly motion - against another bar member - to assure the protection of their client's interests during litigation. As a group, never has a more despicable, lazy bunch of cowards and devil's spawn assembled in one County.
             True to form, many judges and commissioners, are completely amoral, incompetent, biased, evil, spoiled, vicious, or just criminals. This site is dedicated to exposing their devilish behavior, and serving as a clearinghouse for information regarding lowdown criminals and other social reprobates serving on the bench and working as support staff in the courthouse.

AM I BEING TO HARSH ON ATTORNEYS AND THE JUDICIARY: Absolutely not, when you consider that the 'system' they have developed to protect themselves is destroying the whole American way of life, our system of governance, and the happiness of the other 99.8% of the citizenry who are not bar members. None that I know of buck the system at it's roots. Some fight valiantly for a cause, but none will represent the people in the most urgent cause of them all. Until I hear about an attorney or two who is willing to oppose the effective immunity that has been granted almost all bar members to commit crimes and civil wrongs without fear of punishment in Criminal or civil courts of law, then I blame each and every one of them for what's occurring. The Constitution is on it's way to being a worththless rag, due to the justice-scam bar members, on and off the bench, have created and perpetuated. They're all essentially a lot of traitors for allowing things to get this far. But hey, they're making $300.00 dollars on hour to ruin a country, so they find a rationalization for being a member of the most evil fraternity of sociopaths, ever assembled on the planet, at any point in time or history; instead of recognizing the evil, and fighting it with some level of seriousness. They'll fight for there $300 bucks an hour, but they will never fight each other earnestly for their client. It's a band of brothers and sisters who have no shame.
            

ABOUT COURT PERSONNEL:  While there are many really nice people working in the courthouse in clerk and staff positions, who are honest and doing their best to not let anyone corrupt them or even do anything that in their presence that raises the specter of corruption or bias; nonetheless, there are a few bad apples who are willing to do favors for certain bar members, for reasons that may have to do with money, friendship, or just a psychological problem that causes them to want to kiss lawyers ---, or that makes them want to be well-liked by attorneys or most anyone else they feel inferior to. Doing a 'favor' for an attorney makes them feel like they are part of the inner circle, or that somehow they are 'somebody' by what they are able to do with the power they have to effect cases. There might even be an occasional clerk who likes to see cases end, whenever possible; because less cases equals less work; and for that reason, they might be willing to 'help' the process along in that regard. Fortunately, the people who are trying to do things the right way will often correct or fix the problems caused by the troublemakers. Bottom line, most court personnel are honest and can be trusted, but be careful about trusting them all. Service proof forms can disappear, motions can be removed from court files and disappear, you can be defaulted when you have a demur pending, and dismissals in your favor can come out as a loss when the order is written. I speak from experience. These things have all happened to me.

WARNING: The Supervisor of the Civil-Business office of the East County Division of the Superior court is corrupt and/or dishonest. Do not trust the lady who runs the East County Civil Division of the Superior Court! I don't know whether she's a racist, a complete fucking idiot or just corrupt (or a combination of the above); but I do not that she is a sneaky, dishonest piece of shit. You've been warned. She will twist and tweek the rules and abuse her discretion to help attorneys harass their opponents with process abuses. I don't know if she's getting paid to manipulate case files and screw-over certain litigants situated like me, she has an inferiority complex that causes her to do favors for bar-scum, or she screws me over for personal reasons. She wants to fuck me over so bad, she's now using her position as supervisor of the clerks, to to set-up and 'OK' illegal ex-parte hearings outside of the jurisdiction of the court to accomplish her ends. She's crossed the line, but since she works for crooked judges, she does as she pleases.
