A site devoted to enabling the citizenry to control the local judiciary when judges act incompetently, abuse the public, act corruptly, or with bias in favor of the institutions and individuals that support the globalist mafia's anti-freedom agenda. This site's purpose is to educate the citizens of San Diego County about a process available to them, but it is not organized as a starting-point for a current recall campaign. This site is about an idea that can only be fulfilled by persons acting in concert to achieve the goals outlined here. If 60 people are willing to gather 1,000 signatures a piece over a 6 month period, a group of 60 could carry a recall campaign to fruition. If a group had 1,000 members willing to get 10 signatures a month (for 6 straight months), that group could call a referendum on any judge to fruition. If we don't have 1,000 people ready to oppose globalism on a local level, then we are in trouble. Joe Ryan is busy with his campaign for congress, so the initiative on this will have to come from elsewhere. Forget Tea Party's and singing Kumbayah, and take this idea and run with it!

Also, this site contains links to the Judicial Council and information about standards that apply to the conduct of judges. The Judicial Council accepts and acts upon written complaints lodged against judges. If you don't have time or resources to initiate a recall process against a particular judge, lodging a written complaint makes a record of the judge's misconduct.

This site is not directly related to my campaign for congress, but it does reflect my ambitions regarding the good citizenry taking control of local courts and the local judiciary whenever judges refuse to stand-up strongly for the common people's rights & the constitution. I believe we cannot 'take back' Washington instataneously, but that we can act together to halt globalism in it's tracks on a local level; thus setting an example for people located in other counties and states. Using the process existing in our statutes, and detailed below, we can call a referendum on any judge who supports the globalsit crime syndicate's agenda. Since more than 50% of the people rabidly oppose the looting of America and the abuse of the citizenry that has to occur for the globalist tax-leaching system to remain functioning, judges who support that system can be eliminated from office and replaced with jurist who have the courage to stand on the people's side against local and national crime bosses working for the globalist mafia. THE MENU

The Recall Process Steps:

1. The proponents of the recall (20 registered voters) states the grounds for the recall in less than 200 words or less.

2. Serve the judge with a copy of the 200 word statement just like you are serving him with a lawsuit complaint

3. Publish your 200 word statement in a local newspaper of general circulation

4. File the original 200 word statement with the registrar or county elections official's office

5. Within 7 days of being served with the proponents complaint, the officer the public is seeking to recall may answer the complaint with a 200 word statement.

6. The officer must serve one of the proponents with a copy of his answer, and file an answer with the election officials.

7. The proponents then must get the elections officials to proceed with the signature gathering process. If the elections official finds that the format and other issues are correct and that the published 200 word notice matches the original on file with the elections official, then the recall should proceed.

8. Upon receiving permission to collect signatures, the proponents then have 160 days to gather 60, 000 signatures from registered voters.

9. If the proponents get enough signatures in the required amount of time, then a recall election is called, and held within 88 and 125 days.
